Cancellation Policy
Your reserve is your last line of defence—regular repacks are essential. This service includes full inspection, untwisting, and repacking of your reserve to manufacturer standards. What's Included: - Visual inspection of lines, canopy, pod, and deployment system - Proper repack based on manufacturer guidelines - Optional documentation upon request Booking & Conditions: - Card required on file to confirm booking - Reserve must be clean, dry, and dropped off on time - Turnaround: 3–5 working days (rush service by request) - Systems older than 10 years or showing damage may be declined Payment & Cancellations: - Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a 50% fee - If the reserve is unserviceable, you’ll be notified and not charged for the repack Your Responsibility: - Ensure your harness and reserve are compatible - Reinstall your reserve correctly (or request help in advance) - Repack at least every 12 months for safety and reliability Liability: - While we follow best practices and manufacturer guidelines, Para Clinics is not liable for any reserve deployment malfunction. We recommend combining this with a harness or/and glider WOF for a complete safety check.
