Welcome to the Para Clinics Aotearoa online store. By purchasing through our website, you agree to the following terms, which are in line with New Zealand consumer protection and safety regulations.

All paragliding equipment, safety gear, and accessories sold through our store comply with NZHGPA standards and relevant New Zealand aviation and safety regulations. We stock only trusted brands and ensure items are in airworthy condition where applicable.
2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in NZD and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) where applicable.

We accept major credit/debit cards and New Zealand bank transfers.

Payment is processed at the time of order.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3. Order Acceptance
Orders are subject to stock availability and payment confirmation. You will receive an email once your order is accepted. If an item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative product, credit, or a full refund.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Import Duties

We offer delivery across New Zealand using reliable couriers.

Standard delivery time is typically 2–5 working days.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Additional charges may apply for rural or remote addresses.
Important: In some cases, particularly for internationally sourced or drop-shipped items, import duties or customs fees may be applied by New Zealand Customs. These are not included in the price at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns & Refunds
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you have the right to seek a remedy if goods are faulty, unsafe, or not as described.

Unused items may be returned within 10 working days of delivery.

A 15% restocking fee applies.

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Training & Certification
By purchasing paragliding gear, especially flight-critical equipment, you confirm that:

You are a current NZHGPA member or an internationally certified pilot.

You understand your responsibility for the correct and safe use of this equipment.

You will seek guidance from a qualified instructor where necessary.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Para Clinics Aotearoa is not liable for injury, accident, or loss resulting from:

Misuse, unsafe practices, or lack of training.

Modifications, poor maintenance, or unauthorised repairs.
Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and have your equipment checked by a qualified technician if unsure.
9. Privacy
Your personal data is handled with care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers. We do not store full payment information.
