Restore Your Glider's Line Geometry & Performance Paraglider lines change length with use. Different lines can shrink or stretch at different rates, gradually altering the geometry and trim of your wing. These changes can affect inflation, handling, speed, pitch behaviour and overall performance, often so gradually that you may not notice them. Our professional line trimming service measures your complete line set, analyses the results against manufacturer specifications and identifies changes in your glider's trim. Line Measurement & Trim Check — $295 Includes: • Complete line-set measurement under controlled load • Left/right symmetry check • Comparison with manufacturer specifications • Professional trim analysis • Identification of shrinkage, stretch and geometry changes • Measurement and trim report If the glider is within acceptable trim tolerances, no adjustment is required. Line Measurement + Retrim — $395 If adjustment is required, this includes everything above plus: • Professional adjustment of the line set • Re-measurement to verify corrected geometry • Final trim assessment and report The aim is to restore the glider as closely as practical to its intended geometry within manufacturer specifications. When Should You Check Your Trim? Consider a trim check if your glider has accumulated significant airtime(150-250), feels different during inflation or in flight, is due for periodic inspection, or you're buying or selling a used wing. Because trim changes gradually, you don't need to notice a problem before having it checked. Turnaround: Approximately 2–3 working days. Replacement lines, repairs or damaged components are additional and will be discussed before any extra work is carried out.
